1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt or 1/3 cut nonfat Greek Style yogurt

1/3 cup lowfat buttermilk

3 tlb mayonaise

1 1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tlb finely chopped fresh Garlic Chives

Salt and Pepper

Mix ingredients, chill and enjoy with fresh veggies.
